Terms of Use

These terms are the agreement between you and ELNAMA LLC for using Pinvoy. By creating an account or using the app you accept them.

1. The service

Pinvoy is a geography learning game with lessons, a duel with Bipi (a character controlled by the app) and a passport of places. The app is free. It has no ads and no in-app purchases. We may change, add or remove features over time.

2. Who can use Pinvoy

You must be at least 13 years old. If the law where you live requires a parent's permission for someone your age to use online services, you may use Pinvoy only with that permission.

3. Your account

You need an account to play. You sign in with a one-time email code, Apple or Google. Keep access to your email and your Apple or Google account secure; you are responsible for what happens in your account. One account is for one person.

4. Fair use

Please do not:

• send feedback or bug reports that are abusive, hateful, sexual, threatening or contain other people's personal information;
• try to break, overload or get around the security of the app or our servers;
• copy, sell or redistribute the app or its content, or use automated tools to collect it;
• use Pinvoy for anything illegal.

We may suspend or delete accounts that break these rules.

5. What belongs to whom

The Pinvoy app, its characters (including Pini and Bipi), lessons, questions, design, and the Pinvoy name and logo belong to ELNAMA LLC. You may use them only to play the game. Map data and place names come from open sources: © OpenStreetMap contributors and OpenMapTiles (via OpenFreeMap), Natural Earth (public domain) and Wikidata (CC0). When you send us feedback, you allow us to use your ideas to improve Pinvoy without any obligation to you.

6. Learning content

We work hard to make the lessons and questions accurate, but geography changes and mistakes happen. If you find one, tell us in the app (Settings › Report a bug). Pinvoy is a game for learning; it is not a source for navigation or official decisions.

7. No warranty

Pinvoy is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we do not promise that it will always work, be free of errors or keep your progress forever.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, ELNAMA LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of Pinvoy. Because the app is free, our total liability to you is limited to USD 50. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country that cannot be limited.

9. Ending

You can stop using Pinvoy and delete your account at any time (Settings › Delete account). We may stop offering Pinvoy, and will try to tell you in the app beforehand.

10. App stores

If you downloaded Pinvoy from the Apple App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, and Apple is not responsible for the app or for support. If you downloaded it from Google Play, Google Play's terms also apply.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, unless the law of your country gives you the right to rely on its rules or courts.

12. Changes

If we change these terms, we will publish the new version here with a new date and, if the change is important, tell you in the app. If you keep using Pinvoy after that, the new terms apply.
